DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All orders displayed as in stock will generally be send out within 5 working days. Art prints: please note we print all our ordered prints on demand. Therefore please take in consideration that it will take approx 3-5 working days before your print is ready to ship. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, when you fill in your delivery country. If an out of stock item for any reason has not been updated you will be contacted through email or phone ASAP.
All of our prices are in €. International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.
PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Next to regular shipping we also offer the possibility to pick up your order at our Amsterdam office. If you want to do so you can select "pick up at our Amsterdam office" at checkout. When you select this option we will email you the time options for your pick up.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders sent by 22_22STUDIO are traceable. Track your package HERE. You will receive tracking information as soon as information has been sent to the courier. It may take the courier up to 24h from receiving the parcel to make the link & tracking information able to trace. If for some reason you are not able to trace your package 24h after receiving the tracking, please contact us for personal assistance at info@2222STUDIO.com.
I did not receive my package, what can I do?
In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email and/or telephone. If this is not solving the problem please contact us at info@2222STUDIO.com and we’ll help you.
If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want it, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs. Otherwise we'll refund the full amount without the original shipment costs.
VAT & DUTIES
All prices are shown including 21% VAT.
Please ensure you take into account any potential customs and import fees and taxes before you place your order. They are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied on orders shipped to countries outside the EU.
RETURNS, CLAIMS, WARRANTY & DAMAGED GOODS
We accept returns and exchanges made within 8 days after delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, pack it well!
Pre-orders and made to order items can solely be cancelled before production has started.
RETURNS
To return your product, first send an email to info@2222STUDIO.com with your order number and request. After confirmation from us, you can send your product to the address provided. If you're returning from a country outside the EU, please state clearly on the parcel that the shipment is a RETURN ORDER. If you fail to do so there will be import duty or taxes that we will balance with your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way. CLAIMS & WARRANTY
For complaints due to quality issues please contact us through info@2222STUDIO.com and send us detailed pictures and descriptions of what is wrong with the item along with your ORDER NUMBER (found in the order confirmation e-mail). E-mail to info@2222STUDIO.com
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to 2222STUDIO.COM. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by 22_22STUDIO. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to 22_22STUDIO, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, 22_22STUDIO uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

PRINTS/FRAMES: We have received a lot of questions regarding where to find nice frames for our prints. For our Dutch/Amsterdam based customers, we can recommend "van der Linde Lijsten" in Amsterdam for high quality frames. (You can chose your own frame material and colour and add a passe partout)
GENERAL CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF OBJECTS
PORCELAIN: Suitable for use in dishwashers and microwave ovens. Care should be taken when stacking and washing ceramics. Avoid thermal shock from rapid heating ad cooling.
VASES: To simplify the cleaning process of the vases we recommend using a smaller vessel inside the vase to hold your flowers. Please note that the vases could be not entirely watertight.
THROWS: Washing instructions: Hand wash in cool water using mild detergent or machine wash on gentle cycle. Dry on cool cycle.
